After the Msc in Economics and Finance in 2014, she worked until 2016 in the banking sector but the passion for the restaurant was calling and in 2017 she came back to bet on herself and on her dreams. Now she is the Chef of the Restaurant. She is currently attending the AIS Sommelier course and some cooking classes so to be updated on the new cooking techniques to be matched with the traditions.
Musician and jazz singer she travelled the world for all her life, until she met Chef Massimo and the Vino dei Frati was born! Her artistic and theatrical touch will always bring a new impressive desert to finish your dinner!
She is working in the team since 2015 and she learned to make handmade pasta like a real piacentine grandmother. She surely can suggest you which is the right dish for your taste!
